Best experience with a real state agency so far! Been a foreign person sometimes we need extra help with basic things, Metrocity was always there willing to help me with things related to the house, the right advice or even when I lock myself out the apartment.I was lucky to team up with Metrocity and I will definitely do it again.

Metrocity Realty has been helping us with our rental property for nearly three years. Kyle, Emily & Brianna have been very helpful and good with updating us in regards to our tenant’s concerns and yearly inspection of the property. Statements are also easy to access online.

My wife has used Metrocity Realty for property management for the last 15 years and their service has been prompt, efficient, friendly and all round excellent in that time. Special mention to Brianna who has always gone above and beyond to attend to any requests made to her. Overall you cannot go wrong with this company for property management.

We have rented with Metrocity Realty for almost 12 mths, just received a lease renewal for another 12 mths with no rental increase, also a little thank you gift card from the owners for signing again. The team has been very professional with every interaction and prompt with any maintenance queries. We hope to stay with Metrocity for a long time to come. We recommend Metrocity Realty, Jack, Sophie and the rest of the team if you are searching for a great Agency to rent through.

I found Amanda wonderful to deal with. She was prompt in her replies and I feel that she really tries to bridge the gap between tenant and landlord which is definitely not the norm.

We stayed at a townhouse that was leased by Metrocity. Communication were okay and they do respond okay but the changes we asked for the old stuffs were never considered. Even after moving out, rather than paying our bond back, we are asked to pay for the repairs and renovation that are not even our concerns. We even painted the whole deck that were caused by environmental factor on our own expenses. They are ridiculous to ask for the damages to the things that were never even used. I'm only here to write this review because it's not fair. If the issue isn't rectified, I would rather get legal help than to discuss further with such a shameless organization.

I have used Metrocity as a landlord for over 2 years. I have had 2 agents but each has been equally fantastic. Their level of communication finds the right balance between keeping me informed while involving me in relevant decisions. Trades are arranged and completed promptly and at a very reasonable price.They also appear to treat tenants fairly and respectfully which is a priority for me because my tenants are my customer- something not all agents appreciate.

I was a tenant with Metrocity Realty for 2 years. I have recently left. My property manager was Richard, he outlined the expectations and obligations for the tenancy from day dot, more property managers should do this as I have had awful experiences in the past.Richard was tough but fair. When it came down to leaving the property while I didn’t agree with everything found initially, Richard took the time to go through the before photos and after photos and explained what is required and the legislation involved without any aggressive or condensing behaviour.I have been renting a new property with another company for 4 weeks now and it is already a headache. Richard is an asset to Metrocity Realty.

They were great in the way of very easygoing inspections. Took a while to fix things but rent was very low and place relatively clean.My property manager was very nice and reimbursed my whole bond when not expected.I would rent from them again especially my last property manager.

Ethan Petrie showed me through a property early Saturday morning and i could not have had a better experience. It turned out that i was the only person who hadn't cancelled the inspection but Ethan was there even earlier than i was waiting to show me through. He was very knowledgable and friendly throughout the process and it was honestly one of the most pleasant inspections i have attended. I would absolutely recommend Ethan to others in the future.

I met Ethan Petrie when I inspected a property in West End. You know the drill, searching for the perfect property can be so time consuming but it does allow you to sort the wheat from the chaff in terms of the service you receive from various estate agents along the way. Ethan stood out from the crowd. The level of service he provided showed me that this guy has a long term focus and understands the value of building relationships. I hope our paths cross again and I would definitely recommend Ethan.

All the staff that we have encountered with, they are so professional and responsive. We had our inspection with Ethan Petrie on Saturday afternoon and two hours later, we already received an email with application form from Ethan! He is really patient and provided a great customer service during inspection time.In addition, the property manager - Richard O’Sullivan is so excellent! He has guided us with a clear instruction on signing the lease, lodging the bond etc. Can't wait to collect our key next week!

Overall fast in responding and getting things such as paperwork completed in order for my new rental unit. Since then they have also been very responsive and prepared when I had any urgent matters around the house that needed fixing. Their maintenance would be schedule almost always the next day. Very happy about that. Cheers
