Yes if the property is individually metered and water compliant. As a tenant you will be responsible for paying for all of your water usage, however the good news is the landlord is responsible for paying the Water access and Sewer Levy. We will invoice you every quarter, with a copy of the original water account attached. You can then pay these accounts to Metrocity just as you would your rent.
