PRESENTATION

The difference between presenting a property correctly or incorrectly can sometimes affect the sale price by up to 10%. For this reason, we recommend you consider the presentation of your home very carefully. Part of this process is working with you to make sure your home is presented to its best advantage and has the maximum appeal for buyers.

Experience tells us that sprucing your home is well worth the effort too and usually has a positive impact on the price.

A few simple techniques can make all the difference in securing a sale, and by making sure your house is presented in the best possible light will have a dramatic impact on the selling price.

The most important thing to remember is first impressions count! Once on the market, you need to disassociate yourself and remove any emotional connection to the house… don’t look backwards, look to the future! Time is of the essence in these situations, and the presentation process should begin at the exact time you decide to sell your house.

The Metrocity Realty team can ensure simple, cost-effective methods to prepare your house for sale without the need for any major maintenance.
